This website is a "coming soon" page. We collect very little information, and we use it only to tell you when DogX Life launches and to talk to dog rescues and others who get in touch.
Who we are
DOGX LTD (company number 17501661), registered office Moonfleet, Wareham, BH20 7AH. We decide how your information is used, so we are the "controller" under UK data protection law. You can contact us at hello@dogx.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your email address (required to join the waiting list).
- Your name, if you choose to give it.
- What kind of person or organisation you are (for example, dog owner or rescue), from the drop-down list.
- The date you signed up, and the fact that you ticked the box agreeing to hear from us.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this site does not load fonts, scripts or analytics from other companies.
Why we use it, and our legal reason
We use your details to email you about the launch of DogX Life, and to reply if you contact us. Our legal reason is your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it
Our website host, Netlify, stores the form submissions for us on our behalf. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Until DogX Life has launched and we have told you, plus up to 3 months, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever is sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to or restrict how we use it. You can also withdraw your consent. Email hello@dogx.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
